The arena may be fully booked for private events on select dates. We recommend calling ahead or booking online to confirm availability.
Last entry is 60 minutes before closing time. Activity zones begin closing 30 minutes before the venue shuts.

We want your visit to be smooth from the moment you walk through the door.
Our team is trained in first aid and safety protocols. Every zone has trained supervisors. These rules ensure every child has the best — and safest — time possible.
Minimum age for unsupervised play: 7 years. Children under 7 must have an adult present in the activity zone.
Sports shoes or grip socks are mandatory in all activity zones. Bare feet and open-toe sandals are not permitted.
Guests with heart conditions, recent injuries, or pregnancy must consult a doctor before participating. Please inform our staff at entry.
All activity zones have trained Botfit staff on duty. Please follow their instructions at all times for a safe experience.
Outside food is not permitted in activity zones. BotCafe is available for all food and beverage needs on-site.
Personal photography is welcome. Please be respectful of other guests. Commercial photography requires prior approval.
