What ages are birthday parties suitable for?

Our parties are designed for children aged 3 to 15 years. We have age-appropriate activity zones for toddlers, juniors, and pre-teens — so every child from your guest list will find something thrilling to do.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots which fill up very quickly. For Platinum packages or 50+ guests, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Contact us and we'll check availability instantly.

Can I bring my own cake and food?

Yes! You're absolutely welcome to bring your own cake — we'll handle the cake-cutting ceremony. For food, all our packages include BotCafe catering but you can discuss specific dietary needs or add-ons with our party team when you book.

Is the arena safe for toddlers and young children?

Absolutely. All equipment is certified and regularly safety-checked. We have trained supervisors at every activity station and dedicated soft-play zones for children under 5. Your child's safety is our first priority — always.

What happens if I need to change my date?

We understand plans change. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days' notice at no extra charge, subject to availability. Our party team will work with you to find the next best date.
